I had a Prostatectomy in 2015 and salvage therapy for a rising PSA  in early 2016 both treatments left me with quite severe incontinence wearing

up to 4 pads a day  I recently underwent surgery to have the artificial urinary sphincter placed AUS 800 . It was activated 2 weeks ago 6 weeks

following surgery to allow healing  and what a fantastic difference it as already made to my quality of life I now only use one small pad a day and am totally

 totally dry at night.

After 2 years and 7 months of uncomfortable pads and lots of accidents  lifes a lot better so far so good.
