When you get to my age you think you've seen it all but this is completely new to me !

I'm one of the lucky one's who has seen his PSA level reduced from 910.00 to 0.2 as a direct result of 12 weekly Prostap injections.

Not complaining, but one of the known Hormone Therapy Side Effects is a shrinkage of, how shall I put it, Testicular Parts.

In my case this now means that I have difficulty every time I urinate because of "spillage"

Has any one else had this problem and solved it ?

Have you tried a vacumn pump to help maintain length??

Yes it is a known effect of HT. Really, any man opting for RT/HT or IHT should be offered ED services in the same way as men that have had RP. Perhaps it is just that many men don't know to ask and GPs don't know to suggest it.

Some find that their testicles shrink alarmingly as well.

Thanks everyone for your prompt and helpful comments.

On reading your advice, it does seem to confirm my earlier thoughts that perhaps I should have been more "fore-warned" about this particular side effect but then again, I don't think it would have stopped me agreeing to the treatment I was offered at the time in question.

I am all to aware that at my current age of 95 I am living on borrowed time and at my weekly "drop-in" I very much enjoy the company of delightful folk who put up with far more problems than I could ever imagine !

It may be a tad ungracious to single out one piece of advice from the many kind offers of help but Sir, you have just made my day !

If i must sit in the future (instead of standing) then I consider it a small price to pay for a very low PSA and the embarressment of soiled clothing.
