first psa rise

Had my last Zoladex injection 6 months ago ( been on it 30 months in total...with 6 rounds of chemo and 37 sessions of radiotherapy ) and just had my 1st psa test since....it has risen from 0.03 to 0.05....even though I was expecting to go up, the fact it has, plays havoc with the mind....my appointment with onco has been put back for a month....should i get another psa before new appoint?

Of course it is rising - you don't have hormones keeping it falsely low anymore! It should rise to somewhere between 0.1 and 1.0 eventually but then it will stabilise.

I can't see any reason to be worried or getting extra tests - it is absolutely normal for the PSA to rise now because you do still have a prostate; the healthy cells will be repairing and they produce PSA.
