ALP rising from 92 to 139 suggests to me some “bone activity” going on which needs to be checked out.
But Just for info—I started this journey in January 2017 with a PSA of 1547, which whilst on chemo went down to 94. I’m now on Radium 223 and its back up to 365? However my ALP has come down over the same period from 287 to 112, and whilst I still feel fine in myself, still playing golf, walking the dog, and gardening. I’m trying not to obsess too much over numbers!?
Obviously I’d like my PSA to be a lot lower but as long as my general health continues to prosper I ll live with it?...literally!!
Keep the Faith
