Does high PSA indicate spread

Hi,

So I've resigned myself to the fact that with a PSA it's going to be PC. My main concern is that does 130 indicate that it's likely to of spread?

A specialist nurse told me it doesn't mean that but looking at posts everyone with a high reading has had mets

Any high psa local stories appreciated
