ADT and Periodontal Disease

I am looking to get 2 further dental implants and was asked by my dentist, who is aware I may have further treatment for PCa, whether this would involve ADT.  I didn't fully appreciate the connection until I caught up with a post on another forum I sometimes visit. A poster had warned that extra periodontal care was needed when on ADT and that he had been badly affected despite a regular and thorough cleaning regime.
