My 87 year old friend has got PCa, controlled by HT. No symptoms of the disease itself nor any side effects from the hormones. His PSA has started to rise to low figures and is due for a change of drugs.
The urologist sent him for a CT scan recently.
The hospital phoned him today to offer an appointment with ‘neurology’ next week. He phoned me to ask ’What’s neurology, John?’. I told him it's to do with the brain and nervous system. For a minute I feared his cancer had spread to his brain.
I said: ‘Thats very strange, you are under urology not neurology’.
’Oh, maybe that’s what she said.’
I think Chris might need a referral to audiology as well....😂😂😂😂😂
