hi,i have just passed my 5yr prognosis of locally advanced prostate cancer spread to seminal vessicles,last psa in my 6 monthly check was 0.03 in dec testesterone below low reference limit,my test is not recovering so thats why i am skin and bone,saw gp and i asked if i could have a low dose of test and be monitored,he said not a good idea,he said michael at least you are still alive,yeah but at what cost hate the way i look,he gave me some setraline, he means well though,any thoughts please.
