Hi Stavros, sorry to hear about you being under AS after your cryotherapy.

Im not sure if anyone else here will have experience of cryotherapy but there are plenty of us here whose first treatment has failed.

Best wishes.

Sorry to hear you are in the club.

A quick search gave me https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5856984/

Shows there are possibilites.

I am sure your MDT will be able to advice on options.

Good luck

Cryotherapy is quite an unusual form of treatment in the UK, particularly as a Primary one. We did have a member who had it but I am not sure he still posts. The further treatment possibilities will be influenced by whether some cancer cells have escaped the Prostate or some are still within it and I note you are on AS and will be having an MRI in a years time or presumably earlier if PSA increases significantly in the interim.
