Hi All

2 months after my RP operation First time in my life I used today tadafil of 20mlg. 

2 weeks ago after I attented to my first follow up appointment I was advised to take tadafil one at a time (24 hours) 

Yes I took it today lunch time just to try feel it if it would work out or not so with help of tadafil my little shrunken fella got hard but not even 50% !!!! 

It was a big disappointment for me mentally and physically. Also my girl friend she felt a bit urine during oral sex. 

Anyway because of It did not get hard enough to get pleasures I asked my disappointed girl friend to leave the room she understood than quickly I done masturbate with out any joy than when I reached to bloody dry orgasm! suddenly urine came out all over my body and I made a big mess in the bed!!

I know that some of you takes 5 mlg cialis daily I don't. I don't have a vacuum pump yet as well

Has anybody out there whom having smiliar problems too?

I have no experience of tafadil so will not comment. Passing urine during intercourse is quite common this early after your surgery, it should / might diminish to nothing in time. Flavoured condoms would prevent accidents with your girlfriend.

A fifty percent swelling is more than adequate for mutual satisfaction, if you can get the technique right.

A bit concerned about the blood issue.

Chris advice good. Normal for a bit of urine during arousal even if dry day and night. Strangely the better the erection ( ie if I use an injection) the more likely I like. Must pull on bladder valve. But normally now I can have penetration or oral at will with zero leakage !

If your hospital has an ED clinic and other medicines haven’t worked , you can ask to try Alprostadil. This can be in form of cream you put in urethra, or pellets pushed into urethra , or injections into the shaft of your penis. It’s not as bad as you think. Most docs would let you try Caverject but you need instruction the first time. Didn’t work that well for me and lots of after pain. There is a new injection called INVICORP 25 which is fantastic for me. Please remember to trial things properly and have patience before dismissing them. After asking GP I ended up buying some meds privately. Don’t mix meds unless instructed. Try and be patient. Took me nearly 2 yrs to get back to normal. You must get a pump and use each day to keep him stretched

I guess those sort of parties at this stage are going to cause a lot of duress to be honest. You need an understanding person. Plenty of fun in giving to women also ! Do you know you can orgasm with a completely limp penis ?? Whatever your lifestyle , I believe all the action you can get can help recovery

You need to be patient. It's only - what? - two months since your surgery? It can take up to two years for the nerves that control errections to recover function.

Don't rush things.

Thanks for the info About creams. I will keep them in my mind and save your comments. 

Next month's I ve got an appointment with a ED clinic I think it's about getting a pump..

Last month I attented their seminars about ED so we all had to give our our details .The seminar was about how to use the pump and other options etc.

Last weekend I attented  a private party (sexual party) if I have to describe it it was a heaven for some men  ...stupidly  I forgot to take my tadafil with me .so It was a disaster for me  really.

Yes I must recover first before I go to party's like that it was just Because of I was absent from the party's since the operation I thought would be nice to test my feelings  & little fella and the tadafil! But stupidly I left it at home than I regret it all night  

Party was great ...for a healthy man it was a heaven die for:) but I suffered  so much ..can't explain here how the party was but all I can say is Unimaginably was full of with fun .

Last night (Saturday) I attended a  house party (members only)where people meet and have sex with friends or strangers ,single &couples etc.

I used to go there so often before I had my RP surgery  operation last December. But before the operation I was a healthy man had no Sexual problems at all.

Last night I armed my self with A Tadafil of 20miligram that given to me by my one of surgery teams member.

So I sat in the Jacuzee with one of lady friend  (naked)we were just chatting generally  but with one hand I was testing my self that if tadafil works or not..than another lady friend (japanese)she joined us for a chit chat as well.so I said to my self...well here is the opportunity for me to test my self and tadafil ! the girls hands were all over me but not sexually just friendly way and we were 3 of us chatting about other subjects. My left hand was stroking them bits and my right hand was stroking my little fella.....

It was sleepy!!!

Than Japanese lady friend she asked us if we wanted to have drinks I said for me only water No Alchol.no tea No coffee so she went to the kitchen and got drinks for them self ..for me only a cup (_)> water :(

Any way After an hour socialising with others I asked my Essex girl lady friend (brunette not a blonde one) to join me in the room.(she knows that I had an operation 

So in the room we had romantic sexual activity but psychological way my brain were focus on the little fella (he was sleepy 

My lady friend were very understanding girl. She did every thing possible for little fella to get some erection but still nothing were happening. 

In the room there were TV screen porn movies were shown as well.at one point I had to get up and sit same time stroke the little fella and got into a strange subject to change the atmosphere..Ofcourse she understood that I was embarrassed and nervous. 

Whilst I was talking to her I was stroking but I noticed that urine were keep coming out of my penis....So I hidden them with towels. 

I was so embarrassed disappointed..upset

But I was determined to do something 

Little fella at one point got only 30% hard than got into action but a quick one. 

Yes managed to have dry orgasm but still I was disappointed. 

Had to leave the party before 12 midnight. 

I wonder that has anybody had expriences like that ? Wee coming out of the penis whilst masturbating?

Other half is just being patience really.

As I have mentioned before  I was only given 4 tadafil to take and I was told that  if I need to I could request from my GP more beside next month I have an appointment with ED clinic about pump. Just wait and see situation really 

At the moment my sex life is over that is the reality.

I didn't really know that it can take such a long time to get back to little bit normal .

Sure. ..I will be more careful .I take your words seriously and as you advised before do not lift ANYTHING heavy  for a long-time etc.I don't. All your suggestions advised are taken seriously by me .

It's just the other night I tested my self really just wanted to have a  go I thought in such environment it would work but I was wrong and Failed.
