I have completed the Great Weston Ride for the last 5 years, every July. But for this year i will have been on Hormone Therapy since April 2018 and had 5 weeks of RT. As everyone on here knows with the muscle tone loss, fatigue and hot flushes this July 2019 it will be a toughie👍
