good evening , well it been 6.5 weeks after my surgery and i am still in pain around my rectum and penis , it does 

become worse after any walking etc. i have also noticed lower back pain and also at the top of my thighs .

Sounds like muscular pain. It can take several months after surgery for the abdominal muscles that are cut during surgery to recover. All I'd suggest is to listen to what your body's telling you - if you're getting severe pain after walking, you're probably overdoing it.

I don't have knowledge of prostate related  pains very much... but your at the right place to get good advises 

All I can say to you is I had a same operation  and I wonder that are you forcing your self during your daily life?

Saint Lynn or superman Cheshire Chris and others have full of with knowledge so please wait for them to respond to you.
