Man of Men Badge

User

I saw today on TV a group of motor bikers called, I think, the Blue Lights, one of them was wearing a "Man of Men" pin badge that was a lot smaller than the one I have.

I am not shy of wearing my badge but sometimes a smaller one would be more appropriate, like when I wear my DJ, ( not very often nowadays:-) )

Does anyone have any idea where these smaller badges can be obtained?

John

I only know of one size - about 1.5" long and you can order 1, 5 or 10 from PCUK here https://shop.prostatecanceruk.org/badge

As far as I know, you can still get them in Burtons and M&S - our local petrol station has an M&S food bit and they sell the pin badges at the till point.

OK Lyn, I have the 1.5" one, they are available from several local shops. A smaller one could be a money raiser, I would buy two :-)

Maybe enamelled with gold tone brass body. Lots of companies in Birmingham could make them.

I might make myself a one off, I do a bit of enamelling and engraving.

Something like these? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/312339426613

I don't trust e-bay sellers and there is no information to say that any charity benefits from the sale but they quite attractive.

Not an excessive price regardless of whether a cancer charity benefits and seller has 100% feed back. I have the small PCa pin badge somewhere which was replaced by the man of men one. From memory I think it was the official one of the time and was possibly blue.

Thanks both, the one I saw was just like the current one but maybe an inch or so tall. I am beginning to doubt my powers of observation and recollection!

Still, maybe someone who does the purchasing might read this and maybe, just maybe...…
