I'm on 20 mg of caverject which still doesn't result in a satisfactory erection. What is the max dose it is possible to have? Also, I stopped using my pump to exercise myself, maybe I need to start using it again.

20mcg is the maximum dose available in dual chamber Caverject but you can get a prescription for a higher dose in single chamber format. You have to do a bit of mixing before use and it must be kept in the fridge but my dad used it for many years without any problems.

I was up to 35 which was no better than 20. Never achieved full erection with this drug but it was useable. Pain like I can’t explain. Not the injection which is easy , but the slammed in the car door after - effects which were horrendous. Switched to Invicorp 25 and instant full erection ( although shorter sadly ) and a very easy small volume no mixing injection. Caverject was a no - no for me but Invicorp is the nearest to the past possible. I’m doing massively well 4 yrs on with daily 5mg Cialis , but sadly may need to lose it all again with further treatment necessary. Nice to hear from you again. Best wishes

Thanks. I shall ring my nurse at Christie's for further help and advice. Life is great - spend plenty of time trying to keep my 89 yo mum looked after - there's always problems to sort. Plus I'm next of kin for my blind Aunt who lives 90 mins away, and trying to get a bit of golf in. Goodness knows how I ever had time to work!
