Lots of research around the TCM substance Celastrol in apoptosis and met inhibition.

Anyone know anything about this and whether is is safe to us?

There have been reports of trials on mice and whatnot for about 10 years but none are properly peer reviewed and it seems to me that if there had been anything in it, the big trial leaders would have picked it up at some point.
