Tough Mudder yesterday

User

Hello there, just a quick note to say I completed my 5k Tough Mudder yesterday with the help of my fantastic team. Was very cold especially after the water obstacles and the hills were hard but they dragged me through.

So these things are still possible while on the dreaded Hormone Therapy. I had an injection the day before.

So far we have raised £1200 for PCa UK.

Got to think up my next challenge now.

Well done - it wasn’t very warm yesterday

Well done. I’ve entered the ballot for the next London Marathon mainly to set a goal for myself

I have done the GNR a few times but the absolute best was running it with all my daughters.

Go for it Bri.....setting a goal is so important. Not sure about another TM or a Triathlon...

Just added up our donations so far and we are just under £1400. So pleased that it will go to help PCa UK funding.

There are now so many people out there fundraising for PCa UK. We got overtaken by a young group wearing the T shirts and we gave them a cheer...

Thank you

Phil
