each evening, I’ve had a temp ranging from 99.0 to 100.3. My cheeks feel flushed but I feel okay and not I’ll at all.

any suggestions? Finished chemo four weeks ago today.

That's an extremely mild temperature. Sounds as the chemo has perhaps thrown your body's temperature regulation slightly out of kilter. It doesn't sound like anything to worry about.
