Stewart's blog update

User

Hi all, I have updated my blog with its latest chapter at:

https://stewart124.wordpress.com/the-prostate-thing-12-a-bit-of-a-bummer/

It's not one of my most fluent and uplifting bits of prose, but I guess when we are in treatment and obstacles come along it makes it difficult to sparkle.

It's bloody brilliant Stewart - impossible not to laugh, although sorry you are going through this obviously and I hope the result is benign.

You have a lot going on Stew. Hope all goes well dealing with the lesion and that you get to enjoy your golf in October. Good news on the PSA.

Your humour is brilliant Stew. Given all that is going on I hope you retain it.

Wishing you all the best for upcoming surgery and funerals.

So sorry that you’re dealing with so much.

Well, after a couple of adventurous trips to the hospital again, the next chapter of my blog is up.  More twists and turns than Killing Eve and Line of Duty combined.

As ever, these things move on, and the latest chapter has just gone online.

Do give it a read, and share it with other men of a certain age who might benefit from it.

Although there's not really much change in my Prostate situation since Chapter 14, I've updated the Blog to Chapter 15 at https://stewart124.wordpress.com/the-prostate-thing-15-the-plot-thickens/ .

There's a lot going on in my carcinomic world at the moment (actually, there isn't because I still haven't had biopsy and scan results), so I felt I needed to get this chapter out of the way.

The feeling I get is that the next Chapter could be the final one of the Prostate Cancer blog, as I'm optimistic that my PSA will have continued to drop, and that PC will "just" be something I live with for the rest of my days, dying with PC rather than of it.  What I'm less optimistic about are the as yet unknown results of my recent tests.  Chapter 16 will reveal all in due course.  Watch this space.

Once again it is time to post another chapter of my blog.  This one is heavier than usual, although the PCa side of life is still pretty positive.
