Xtandi Enzalutamide Muscle Spasms

1 yr since DX, Gleason 10, PSA was 41, widespread metastasis

Current PSA down to 1.4 in Jan and back up to 6.6 in June.  Started Lupron at diagnosis, 6 sessions of chemo (taxotere) Oct-Feb.  June bone scan shows most of the cancer in bone is gone.   Started Xtandi Enzlutamide in June, a month in major muscle spasms at night after I fall asleep.  Muscle relaxers not helping, hardly sleeping.  Don't have any fatigue from Xtandi at all.  Anyone else having this side effect? Any suggestions for relief?  Thank you!

My prostate cancer was diagnosed in mid Dec. 2018. My PSA started at 385 and is now nondetectable since July. Since about a month after starting X Tandy, I have had muscle spasms in my legs and after a time continued up to my shoulders causing difficulty with speaking and severe spasms when eating. Early on I was put on a muscle relaxant without benefit. 9 months the spasms continue. I have had a little benefit from sweet pickle juice. Has the gentleman who posted in July found any relief and is he still on X Tandi. Please respond.
