The psa is low and normally you would expect a small and low grade tumour. A few people do have a continuously low psa so you can never say certain.
The Gleason score is unusual, good it's mainly 3 although you never know if the biopsy hit it all and the 5 is quite high but not dominant. Was there an MRI first as that would normally guide it better.
It is worrying waiting for full diagnosis. If you intend to write on here more it will be better to fill out your profile with events and dates. You might know how many biopsy pins were positive and its staging without the bone scan etc. Without that it's more difficult to say what is more probable, noting the word probable.
There is a good cure rate and there are many treatments that can go on a long time depending on the case. All the best.
