That's excellent for finding the right muscle occasionally, but not a good way to exercise, as it causes incomplete voiding which increases chance of getting a UTI.

If you have a smartphone, there are some really good apps for pelvic floor exercises.

I would recommend “Squuezy men” on the app stores. Used it since March, reminders help make it a habit.

If you get bored, try alternating standing on one leg with the other out in front, behind to the side etc. No idea it helps the muscle, but it’s more fun :)

Thanks all - my flow is in the pad before I know it - so nothing I can do.

PS I had no problems before the op - is this normal?
