This study may (or may not!) Provide some reassurance to patients with positive margins or T3A disease after surgery who do not want ajuvant RT.

Thanks for the link.  I had salvage RT, so I'm glad it shows I'm not really at a disadvantage.

Off to see my oncologist at 12.30 today.  All good, though, with PSA staying at <0.006.

Ulsterman regardless of trials you have without doubt made the right choices for your particular cancer...

The really good news I observed was that regardless of further treatment very few patients had succumbed to their illness in 10 years despite being high risk is T3 and or positive margins.
