Since first Prostap injection I have seen slow but definite improvement in symptoms. My psa has gone from 134 to 6.2. However, I also have ulcerative colitis and have bouts of constipation. When this happens the improved urine flow and volume gets worse again. Could this be pressure on the urethra from the bowel? If not I don’t understand why things seem to get better then get worse again. Please can anyone help or advise? Thanks
