User

Good Morning

I had a  RP surgery operation last  year December 2018

Almost a year after that if I do have masturbate I get pains all over my tummy. Is that normal?

Thank you all in advance.

Hi mate.

It took ages for me to get proper orgasms and squeezing etc post op , but yes I’d get pains in all sorts of places that I never used to before. I think it’s normal tbh. It’s taken me 4 yrs with daily Cialis to wake up each day with a full hard-on and able to move him through squeezing. The damage of RP is horrendous even with nerve sparing but can be overcome with a lot of effort and time.

Let me start by saying I haven't a clue, and this is all entirely guesswork.

I recall reading somewhere that pleasurable sexual touch sensations are actually carried to the brain as pain sensations, and the brain remaps them to be pleasurable when it thinks it's appropriate to do so. Your RP surgery will have interfered with some nerves even if it was fully nerve sparing, and the body will try and heal those. I wonder if you have some sort of partial repair, but the pleasurable remapping isn't happening, or the nerves have repaired themselves as crossed wires so the sensations appear to be coming from the wrong part of the body?

This would appear to be a question for your urologist in the first instance, and maybe a follow-on to a neurologist. It might be a case of the brain having to relearn after nerve healing, just like it has to relearn to use the external urinary sphincter for primary continence, rather than the internal urinary sphincter which is removed in the RP. Is this a new issue, of does it date back to the RP (or as soon afterwards as you could masturbate)?

This raises another thought...

When masturbating, you may be trying to rush things (quickie) and/or it may be more difficult to climax without the added stimulation of your girlfriend. When you have sex with your girlfriend, you are probably not trying to rush things, and may even be trying to make it last as long as possible.

These are two quite different types of sex, and in the case of masturbation, you may be tensing up many muscles to climax faster. This probably includes your tummy muscles, and it may be that they're still not happy to be tensed up to their max level since the RP. What you might try is to relax and take your time masturbating, and maybe use erotica/porn to increase your level of stimulation (but don't do anything that might damage your relationship with your girlfriend).

Hi Dark R,

I don't think it's normal.   But it might be something some people get.

I've never had it.  Although it took a while for my stomach to be fully used to exertion.  The big hole they cut in the middle would complain for quite a while if I stressed it.

I've never thought about it before but I guess the thrust at the end uses the stomach and back muscles.  If you're a very big thruster.

Had an appointment today at the ED clinic. They offered me a injections but different one than I'm using at the moment. The one I'm taking is  caverject  and it gives so much pains.I stopped using them.

Same time I asked to the nurse that each time after I masturbate I get massive pains is that normal?

Her answer were : yes it's normal because of your operation was a major one and you been forcing your self that's why you get those pains.

Than she asked me that do I get pains during the sexual intercourse times?I said NO! I dont get it at all.

I told her that I go to (sometimes) swingers clubs, saunas, steam rooms spas, etc.where majority women are naked..than she said well you go to the right places than for your sexual problems! I said true.than she asked me that Do I use injections at such places? I said yes I did but apart only one visit rests failed.

She suggested that I should keep using vacuuming ,pumping and use the new injections.

She asked me again if I am a shy person ..I answered..no not at all!

She said some people doesn't matter how they are open but still they can be nervous in the public doing such activities.

That's is all for me today.

Good Evening Andy

Thanks for taking time and responding to me medically.

English its not my first language and until I had RP operation I had no idea about Prostate related problems.

You comment is very professional and medically technical.

So I will study them first  than see how it goes.

Once again Thank you for your kindness and professionally explanation.

Have a nice weekend

Chris J & Peter Place

Thank you to both for taking time and informed me .yours thoughts are valuable for me

First of all This Tummy ache after the masturbation has been there since I had the operation, I never had that kind of problems before at all.

Yes I have a partner I have no problems having sex with her she is very open minded and supportive but I'm a man just like you and we try different things sometimes so yes after the masturbation I get massive pains.for instances I done masturbate this morning now it's time 22.38 after all day the pain is still there.please I beg you I'm not a dirty old man but it's just I like sex same as just like you guys.

(Whilst I'm typing this my girl friend she is watching tv right next to me)

Anyway what I noticed that if I do have sex with my girl friend than I dont feel that much pain at all.

Chris unfortunately they did not give me daily cialis  but but they gave me injections those made my little fella rock hard but same time endless pains that lasted 3-4 hours so I'm not using them at all.but next week I have an appointment at the clinic they will give me something different (after I complained) let's see how it goes.

I shall inform you all though about outcomes of it and surely I will mention them about the tummy pains those I suffer each time I had masturbate.

Have a nice weekend to you both and thanks for you lemonades:)

D.R

Ps.Chris you suggested to me about how to use the pump to keep little fella healthy and  use the injections when needed. I even done screen shot and I do read your comment almost once a week (sound not smart me uh?

Thank you.

You need to read back over some of his old posts before you make that judgment, Andy :-/
