danger zone now

hi,not posted for a while,just thought i would mention my 5yr prognosis is now up,stopped zoladex in april 2016,next 6 month check up in dec,im now moving into danger zone,i know i will be back on ht at some point,not looking forward to that,but just keep going hoping for the best,any thoughts on this please.

thanks ido just have to keep going and hope for the best,i know i dont post a lot except when i have a problem,but i read a lot of stories on here some good and some sad when people are suffering,cheers.
