Climacturia (leaking urine after orgasm)

Hello all,

It's almost been 2 months post RP op, incontinence still there but noticing improvements daily!

But after orgasm i'm leaking urine and after research it's called Climacturia. Is or has anyone suffered from this and is there a treatment?

Dear God!  

 

It wouldn't be so exciting if you consider that the women concerned may just have a really baggy pelvic floor?

Bollinge you “ think “ it’s called squirting lol. You need a new pastime mate. Maybe a “water-sport” like yachting. A sense of humour is fine but obvs some people are still at the distress stage yeh. But I get your humour. ;-))

My experience was that it got better as the continence improved. It may take a couple more months but we are all different. Going to the loo prior to sexual activity may help, at worst a condom may capture a small amount of urine.

I think this is very normal and way too early for you to worry. As said above it will improve. Oddly I was continent almost immediately, and pad free at 4 months , but get me on the bed getting jiggy jiggy and a little squirt would come occasionally. Still does rarely after 4 1/2 yrs but doesn’t worry us too much. My other squirt trigger is a nice long yawn lol. Don’t worry - you’ll get there !

Climacturia seems to be all the rage on some pornography sites, I think they call it 'squirting' 😉

Am I allowed to have a sense of humour at the same time as having cancer? Probably not...

Hi

Yes we do suffer.  I have posted on this .

Nearly 5 yrs post op.  3 yrs ED. However dry immed.

Seems very random,  and very early days for you.  Should settle as nerves and brain  retrain  ..

Obviously reducing bladder volume might help, although from experience makes no difference.

Last Saturday night I attended a private house (sex) party in Kensington (London)  so I had a glass of gin and tonic  as a welcome drink than half bottle of white wine than followed with Half bottle of prosecco taken 2 viagra tablets  had rock on than had great sex but...yes I had same problem as well before the sex  I thought it could be because of too much alcohol. Than in the morning I opened my eyes in the bed with stranger's than taken another viagra than had sex again  sunday morning  this time no wetness. 

 

Same day sunday evening I went to a swingers club...I felt tired because of lack of sleep.anyway I armed my self with 2 viagra tablets (despite I was asked to use injections) than I had met with a lovely couple they asked me to join them..I said sure but give me a time please I just walked in let me enjoy Sheffield United  v Manchester united footie on the Telly anyway actually that was a excuse... I was trying to make my little fella lively whilst I was observing those couple whilst they were making love only 2 metres away from me...but my little fella had no sign of waking up!! I said wtf is wrong with you ? Last night I had drinks but sex was great now 12 hours later I had no drinks but no action!!!

 

Anyway whilst I was trying to keep my little fella awake I noticed that my area (floor)became wet ...but it's not because of the sperms:( I was just peeing  :(

 

So I had to join those couple even I did not want to...little fella wasnt up and whilst I was trying to keep him up I was wetting my self..than in the room I was all over her but gentle way ..still no action from him!!

 

Lucky she (thai girl) was so embarrassed to do oral sex (thanks god!) I WAS OVER THE MOON!! 

Than I said that is fine another time maybe?

 

Yes ..almost nearly a year when my little fella aroused I get wetness (but I dont do PFE) 

I think lyn Eyre is right try PFE 

Because I will start again.

I don't think so it would end/die anyway

Also living in London gives you so much advantage in some ways...london is a great city it's not all about Knife crimes etc:)

Well John 

Certainly you had an exciting life when you were a very young man.

 

I bet you had a wild life in Brighton during those days.

Roger Taylor is a legend I think he was a down to earth man
