Yes, my OH has mets in lumbar and at T12. Also in pelvic bones and ribs.
Diagnosed only three months ago, so we are still on quite an emotional rollercoaster. Were beginning to adjust and feel a bit more positive as hormone therapy had started immediately on diagnosis and chemo came 8 weeks later. At least something was being done to fight back and he wasn’t feeling too bad. PSA at first fell quite nicely, from 654 to 400 then 196. But last two results have been 400 and then 611. Something isn’t working but we don’t know what. Onco has been very slow to spot the reversal and ask for testosterone tests to see what is going on. That uncertainty has raised anxiety levels more than somewhat!
