Hi,

As part of our Active Surveillance virtual group sessions we are planning to run topic based discussions each month on issues which they would find most helpful.

We would really value your thoughts and suggestions, on issues or themes you have either discussed here already on the community or would be interested in joining a particular session to discuss in the virtual group.

Suggest the effects of strenuous exercise ,diet and especially fasting should be a topic. You can read the result of my own experience to date in the recent topic posted by Bollinge

Strenuous exercise has been proven - some trials were run. I vaguely recall one was canceled because the results became so obvious early on, it wasn't considered ethical to retain the arm where exercise wasn't taking place.
