Incredible that 2 years have gone bye!
PSA is at 0.05 this time. I have had around and close to 0.03 over that last 2 years. Is this slight increase worrying?

No. A single change of that order on such a tiny PSA level is not significant. If you look at all your PSA levels in your bio, it's just noise. You were 0.04 some time back.
