If the pump you mention in your blog is from iMEDicare (one of the SOMAerect models), iMEDicare will do a demo session on you. It is very well worth having this session - it doubles the chances of using the pump correctly. Normally, they would do this in person, but that's out of the question at the moment. They recently posted a new tuition video which is better than the DVD which came with the products:
