Enzalutamide and urinary incontinence

My partner has advanced prostate cancer, has been on zoladex since Feb 2020 and started on enzalutamide in June (as alternative to chemo, during coronavirus). He's just reported slight urinary incontinence - not always getting to the loo in time and a bit of dribbling after he's peed. Could it be an effect of the enzalutamide? Is it likely to indicate anything serious? - he's had no bladder problems before, which is probably why he was diagnosed late - no warning symptoms until he started losing weight. Could it mean the cancer has started growing again? He has a phone call with the chemo nurse on Monday, after blood tests Friday, so is it OK to just report it then?

Hello

I've been on enzalutamide now for 67months and have not experienced any urinary issues. I know everyone is different and I'm no expert but keep track on the blood results they may show something.

Hope everything improves and good luck

Paul
