leaking bladder??

Hi,

Im 8 months post op and things are slowly getting there in the waterworks dept.?

Only thing I have is that I can empty my bladder and if I cough or sneeze even just a few mins after I get leakage?

Is this normal and clear up in time or just something Ill have to live with?

Keep doing the pelvic floor exercises. Tensing the pelvic floor muscles just before the cough or sneeze may reduce the leak. Getting into the habit of tensing the Pelvic floor before coughing etc may become automatic. Some guys get a relapse of continence because they stop doing PFEs.
