LIKERT just means on a scale of numbers where one end is good and the other is bad, like when you give feedback on a hotel and give a score between 1 and 10, etc.
The LIKERT scale used for the results of an mpMRI is called PI-RADS - 1 means almost certainly no cancer, 3 means they can't tell either way and 5 means almost certainly cancer. But an mpMRI can only see suspicious areas; it can't always tell the difference between cancer, infection and inflammation.
A different LIKERT scale is used for biopsy results where a 1 is normal cells, 3 is cancerous but low risk and 5 is cancerous and poorly differentiated which makes it more high risk / aggressive. This is called a Gleason grade.
