After-effects of radiotherapy

My partner, P, had radiotherapy on his pelvis - 5 sessions, ending on 18th August. Is it usual to still feel rotten after 12 days? He's exhausted, nauseous and has no appetite. He's cancelled an appointment with the oncologist for tomorrow because he feels so rough.

These are not typical radiotherapy symptoms at all. I'd suggest seeking advice from the hospital. RT commonly causes bowel and bladder upsets, but it doesn't generally result in nausea.
