After numerous phone calls I finally got some results.

T4 N1 M1b (T9 lesion)

Gleason score 4+4

Also got copy of the Oncologist letter to Urology that states I will get 20 fractions over 4 weeks of palliative prostate radiotherapy, this will start 4 months from commencing hormone treatment. So this will be beginning of December, early Christmas present :)

Hi ,sorry you’re here but hopefully you will get some support.
My OH was T3 N1M1 PSA 23 Gleason 4+5 .
That was nearly 6 yrs ago !
He had early chemo and then onto the stampede trial which involved enzolutamide and abiraterone combo .
His PSA since about the 3 chemo session has been undetectable.
Gary leads a normal life ,still working .
Life has changed in lots of ways but we have adapted.
I hope your treatment goes well ,keep posting .

Hi Merrivale
Thanks for reply, I have been here for just over a month reading everything, when I was diagnosed the urology guy said I would be having chemo but later the Oncologist said not instead put me on Abiraterone, he said this combined with my monthly degarelix injections gives me a better outcome.
