Met a fellow prostate cancer freind on a training course had similar treatment to me 37 sessions off radiotherapy and hormone therapy for 3 years his PSA was higher at 35 mine 24.9 both gleeson 9 his treatment was 18 months ago but he had still got pain in the prostate area after all this time his PSA was 0.06 but didn't want to go back to hospital is this normal to still have pain after 18 months 🤔

It's not normal to have pain at all. A UTI is the most common cause of pain in that area. I'd suggest that he visits his GP.
