Can't ejaculate

I am 83 years of age.  Had a prostate biopsy about 4 days ago.  I have not been able to ejaculate in about 4 years.  How do I get the blood out.  It's finally turning brown in my urine.

It is not worth worrying about. Most people are only concerned about blood in their ejaculate because it looks weird. It will do no harm. I think Andy62 may post and comment that the excess iron in the prostate shows up on future MRI scans, but it really is nothing to worry about. BTW you may be ejaculating a retrograde ejaculation any way so the blood may be coming out going to your bladder and then pissing out anyway. Hope all goes well with your diagnosis and glad you are enjoying the horse riding.
