Pc after Turp

I  had the Turp procedure and the histology revealed the presence of Gleason 3 +3 Prostrate Cancer staged at T 1b - Pirads 3 my PSA is  at the moment 0.20 what are the next steps likely steps?

Based on the  low staging, PSA and Gleason score I would say that Active Surveillance is the best way forward at the moment

Exactly as OhDear! says. Your histology is similar to mine following my TURP. It took 5 years of AS before progressing to a stage that merited surgical intervention. Yours may never progress but the key to Active Surveillance is the name itself. Don't let whoever manages it (GP or hospital) become complacent.
