Doubling Rate PSA

Just thought I would ask those out there who have had rapid rising of PSA
After Chemo approx 4 years ago I was on Prostap for 3 tears , then came off for a rest after 9 months my PSA has gone from 0,18 then 3 months later 2,7 , then 3 weeks later 4,6 it is doubling very fast says the Doc , I am to have a Nuclear Scan next week , I have also been suffering extreme Fatigue for the last five months , Doc says I will be back on HT plus additional Drug ,
Any ideas what Additional HT he could be thinking of ?

The fact that chemo was successful last time makes it a good option for the future. We have had members who had docetaxel three times. I think apalutimide and enzalutimide are being used currently to reduce the risk of covid while on chemo.

Abiraterone, Enzolotamide or maybe the new one Apalutimide? Spellings probably wrong!

If your testosterone is back to normal those PSA readings don't seem outrageous as you have had similar numbers before when off treatment?

Re fatigue have they done bloods to check for anemia etc? What about ECGs etc.

The restaging PSMA scan is a good idea and will hopefully be reassuring.

If you are suitable, apalutimide is looking very exciting Barry.
