Please bare with me on this, it’s a tad complicated.
basically I had my 2nd mri scan a few weeks ago which showed nothing much had changed which is good I guess 3+3=6 however, it was still showing the highest Pirad score which is 5 so this is confusing my consultant. So it was discussed at the MDT meeting and decided this discrepancy in the two findings doesn’t make sense so to avoid anything they may of missed they recommended I had a 2nd biopsy which I had on Thursday lunch. So it’s that horrible waiting again to see if what they find is the same Gleason score or they find a higher grade. It’s a bit worrying when your consultant is confused to be honest it doesn’t fill me with joy. So just wondering if anyone has had a similar situation to me? Also completely different to the above. I want to go swimming and back to the gym is it ok to do so or too soon? Thank you.
