I note, in the past, that Pineapple Juice Ice Cubes are recommended for Chemo, do any of you find that one variety works better than others please.

Ideally, it should be a fresh pineapple, cut up into bite-size chunks and then frozen. Take a few in a flask to the hospital to suck on during infusions. If using juice instead, it would need to be pure juice and not the cheaper and easily available 'from concentrate' I think.

It is essential that you take medical advice before consuming a lot of pineapple if you have a heart condition or are taking other meds though.
