Doxetacle resistance

Hi forum

Anyone been resistant to doxetacle and what treatment was offered next? Cabazitaxel is being suggested. Any advice welcome, thanks!

Hi,

Please see my bio.Am currently having 10 cycles of cabaz .Side effects for me personally less than D.Have elected this time to have a cold cap on head which has preserved my head hair.Downside is that you are in the chair for about 3 hours for circulating water in cold cap to work rather than 1 hour for chemo infusion.

We have had a number of members who had cabazitaxel - side effects can be a bit rougher than with docetaxel but I can only think of a couple who stopped cabz early.
