Hullo Group,

I had a radical robotic assistedprostatectomy in July '21. Despite medication (solifenacin) and adherance to kegal exercises bladder control is still not returning. Am now being assessed for an artificial sphincter. I would like to hear views/experiances from others who have chosen this procedure.

Thank you for the pointers, I'm a bit new to all this, can use all assistance available. Your diary has been remarkable reading and inclines me more towards AUS.
