I am a keen paddle boarder and have done it for years but not sure what peoples view is on getting back to it and when would be good to start again bearing in mind I’m only 8 weeks post RALP.
I keep thinking that although I feel ok, I understand that healing internally takes a long time and am worried about pulling something on the inside.
What are people doing to increase exercise at the same time as me? I am just increasing the walking so far (whilst trying not to go to far that I leak) 🙄
