I had Brachtherapy it has worked and PSA down to very low levels. I have recently noticed a small patch of something in my underpants, no blood, not even coloured (as far as I can make out) and it dries to a pretty stiff little patch. My prostate has had a good dose of radiation and I guess this may be solmething that happens. Anybody get the same thing? John
PS No pain, infection or anything unusual.

Possibly leaking some component of semen, as a result of the radiotherapy damage.
I might have some leakage when doing strenuous exercise. Nothing visible, but underpants occasionally smell of semen afterwards, which I don't recall ever happening before treatment.
