Good Antibiotics for UTI with Proteus Mirabilis Bacteria

I had a major UTI infection last mid-month with a high fever and GP and A&E suspected UTI . In the hospital, they have given various doses of IV Coamaxiclove but it doesn't work and improved my symptom. Urine Culture results came negative. Any good antibiotics for treating UTIs and Prostatitis are highly recommended as per your personal experience of using them.

I have again done my Urine Culture test for Checking UTI If it is cleared or not but unfortunately, my Urine Culture Came back positive for the bacteria " PROTEUS MIRABILIS "

If anyone has experienced the same and advise a good antibiotics treatment for the same
