Why do I feel so ill?

Been on hormone therapy  (Decapeptyl) since November,  had 8 weeks of external beam radiotherapy in Feb/March and my PSA is down to 0.3. I also take Urorec (Silodosine) daily.

However every day  I feel really ill, nauseous, poor appetite,  headache and so on.

I've tested negative for covid. What's going on? .....anyone else have a similar experience?

No is the short answer. Did this start as soon as you started HT or as soon as you had RT? Did it come on gradually? RT can cause bowel issues, I guess low absorption of water would cause dehydration which may have those symptoms. Hopefully some one with more experience will post.

Hello Tony,

When did this start?

The COVID lateral flow tests can take some days before they start showing positive.

It might be an idea to go to your GP and get a set of blood tests. Hormone therapy can push up blood pressure, blood glucose, and cholesterol. Both hormone therapy and radiotherapy can make you anemic, so useful to also get vitamin B12 level checked.
