Rising PSA after chemotherapy and radiotherapy, what's next?

I was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer in November 2017 and since then have had ADT, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Anyway a year after radiotherapy my PSA has risen from 1.4 to 14.5. I have a meeting with my oncologist on Friday and I presume that it will be abiraterone or enzalutamide next.

Does anyone think otherwise?

There are others more knowledgeable than me but I would guess you would be put on Enzalutamide if you live in England. I have been on it myself since the New Year, fatigue and raised blood pressure being my main side effects. I was already on 3 medications for blood pressure & am now on 5 different ones a day.

Could be apalutimide instead of enza or abiraterone. If you tolerated the docetaxel well last time, the onco may suggest doing it again.
