Can anyone help please. It has been suggested that I should go on Abiraterone.  Can anyone tell me how effective this is in controlling CRPC and how long they have been on it? I am concerned about the side effects.

Hello Drayson

My husbands experience with abiraterone was excellent. It brought psa right down very quickly. It worked for 1 year. Side effects weren't too bad, bit of tiredness and emotional at times but that settled after about 4 months.
