Hi,I am thinking about trying some vegan cheese but the best  one I've seen has sunflower oil in it is that ok,just to make sandwiches.

Well I beg to differ, sunflower oil is high in omega 6s and contributes to he western diets excess of omega 6.

Why eat vegan cheese? Highly processed no good for anything.

Real cheese on the other hand full of pro biotics, any "bad sugars" eliminated by the fermentation process that preserves it.

If you pay the extra and buy organic grass fed cheese you will also be getting a nice portion of omega 3 too

Oh and did mention it tastes amazing

Thanks, I think I will get some normal cheddar,been looking  at  vegan cheese but it's full of saturated fat coconut oil etc.

Yep I am vegetarian but would go within a mile of vegan cheese.
